This is so weird! Do you realize that if you put a buzzard in a pen three or four feet square and entirely open at the top, the bird, despite his ability to fly, will be an absolute prisoner? The reason is that a buzzard always begins a flight from the ground with a running start. If it does not have space to run, as is his habit, he will not even attempt to fly. He will remain a prisoner even though freedom is available above him!

I liked living in a duplex right across the street from my son's school.  One more year and he'd go to high school, but for now this was very convenient.  Outside we had no privacy and a tiny yard, but inside, the ceiling was high, and the skylights let in lots of light in the afternoon.  I longed for open space.

Shaunti Feldhahn's "For Women in Only" came out in 2004. When I first read the book, I'd been married over 10 years. I thought I had a pretty good idea about what men thought. I read the book on a road trip and spent the entire journey asking my husband, “Is this true? Seriously?” To every question, he replied, “Yep, yeah, yeaaaah.” And then he'd look at me, his expression telegraphing his disbelief that I didn't know that. The whole experience underscored to me that no matter how much I think I understand  men, I'll never be able to truly get inside their head. That worries me some as a wife, and it worries me even more as the mother of sons.

Oh yes, they agree he died for our sins; however, many Christians also believe other religions, new and old, can still get you into heaven. Others believe Jesus is a great man, but he is not the only way. Also, some people think if you are a good person and you are religious with good faith in any religion, you’re saved.
