My Review:

I read an occasional sci-fi/fantasy book, but it’s not usually my favorite genre. But I loved, loved, loved this book.

First, it’s well written. That’s important. And the universe created by this author is connected with our world today. It didn’t take me very long to catch on to the nuances of the world of the book. And I loved the cover and the design of the pages inside the book.

Probably the best thing I liked about it was the actual story itself. Lots of evocative imagery and double meanings, with a plot that moves along very quickly.

And most important, the message contained in the book was strong, eternal truth that was an integral part of the story.

I highly recommend this book even for readers who don’t usually read this genre.
